Two peopl are dead after murder suicide at a Cummins engine plant in Seymour, Indiana.

Two people are dead in a murder suicide inside an engine plant in southeast Indiana.

The shooting took place aound 8:30 a.m. Thursday inside a meeting room on the second floor of the Cummins Engine Plant in Seymour, Indiana, according to local outlet TribTown.

Two people died, one of whom was the shooter who committed suicide.

Employees at the Cummins plants in both Seymour and nearby Columbus, Ind. were on lockdown inside the building and were eventually escorted out by Indiana State police.

It’s unclear what association the shooter or the victim had with Cummins.
